2024-2025 AP Commitment

I/We realize that Alabama Performance is an excellent program and I, along with my parent/guardian, pledge our financial support for the entire season, even if I choose to leave the program. If I decide not to participate in the club season after signing this commitment, I will provide a written notice to Coach Julie Dailey (jdaileyap@gmail.com). I/my parent guardian fully understand we are financially responsible for all outstanding fees after leaving the program.

By accepting, I hereby commit to paying my invoice in its entirety, even in the event I leave the program prior to season end, except in the case of the following scenarios:

Club deposit and fees are non-refundable. Upon completing registration and paying the deposit, you hereby agree to pay for the entirety of the season. Payment plans can be suspended if:

-Player suffers a season ending injury as a DIRECT result of participating in a sanctioned club event. Doctor's note required.

-Player suffers serious illness preventing them from continuing the season. Doctor's note required.

-Player is released directly from the club by the Director.

Any payments made prior to a reason eligible for the suspension of a payment plan are non-refundable as services have already been rendered. No refunds will be granted for a player unable to attend a scheduled tournament/practice.

I fully understand that committing to AP means my team will attend Nationals at the end of my season as is listed on my schedule. I pledge my commitment to the team I am placed on that I WILL ATTEND Nationals at the end of the season.
